Carolina Image started out as a tanning salon in the early 90’s. It saw different owners with different visions,all keeping the name Carolina Tan.

During 2021 I took over with a vision of my own. I believe that everyone deserves to treat themselves in a clean, comfortable environment. I wanted to bring a spa experience without the “spa” judgement and ridiculous cost.

That is when Carolina Image was born. We offer many services so you can come and get it all done under one roof.
